Our company has a tradition spanning many years. We have always had strong ties with the Silesian region, employing generation after generation of workers from the area. We strive to build a team of people who identify with the company’s and the group’s goal, who know their field well and who are committed to their work.
The recruitment process is composed of five stages.
Stage I: Submission of application documents
Information on current job vacancies can be found mainly on our website, under “Career”. If you’re interested in an offer, apply now by sending the application documents by e-mail to email@example.com, indicating in the subject the reference number stated in the job ad.
Stage II: Analysis of the application in terms of suitability for the job and telephone interview
The telephone interview is conducted on the basis of specific job-related requirements with candidates selected by analysing the applications. The aim of the interview is to check the information you provided in your application documents and to obtain additional information concerning your knowledge, skills and expectations.
Stage III: Face-to-face interview
The people who fulfill the criteria defined for the respective position to the highest extent are invited to a face-to-face interview with an HR specialist and head of the department they want to work at. The interview is an excellent chance for the candidate to ask questions on position and work in FAMUR Group. We use a variety of recruitment methods, so candidates taking part in the recruitment process may be asked to participate in tasks that will help us to choose candidates with competencies close to our expectations.
Stage IV: Psychological tests
Every candidate applying for a job has to undergo psychological tests which check whether they have the social competences and personality traits that interest us.
Stage V: Decision about employment
The result of our activities is the decision of recruiting the best candidate for employment. Those who participated in the recruitment meetings are always notified by e-mail or telephone of the outcome of the recruitment process.
