In connection with the article “Cooperation project of Famur and PFR is initially intended for the Polish market”, which was published on 30 November 2018 by the ISBnews agency followed by Forsal.pl, Money.pl, Wyborcza.biz websites and other media, we would like to announce that the information concerning the investment in Mining Equipment Finance Sp. z o.o. contained in the article is inaccurate. The publication claims that the special purpose entity has already received funding in the amount of PLN 300 million, provided by investment partners through share placing. However, PLN 300 million, i.e. the amount specified in the publication, is merely a potential and maximum value that the partners may spend to support the activities of the special purpose entity in the future subject to additional terms and conditions set forth in the Shareholders’ Agreement concluded on 30 November 2017.
