During the last two weeks Famur took part in meetings and teleconferences with over 80 institutional investors, for instance, from Warsaw, London, Tallinn, Vienna, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Abu Dhabi and Geneva, at which it presented the objectives of the development strategy adopted by the Famur Group after the integration with the key assets of the Kopex Group. The main objective of the strategy is to achieve the position of the Polish champion that will be successfully conquering foreign markets.
The acquisition of Kopex is a key element of the consolidation process taking place in the mining services industry in Poland; it consists in the integration of the assets of Kopex with the FAMUR Group. This process will be carried out this year, but it will not be completed until the first quarter of 2018.
– On 18 May to 2 June 2017 we participated in a number of meetings with Polish and foreign institutional investors.
